Terms and Conditions of Hire

Please Note: These conditions are a supplemental to, not a replacement for, the Community Association normal conditions of hire. We require you to confirm in writing that you accept and will comply with these Special conditions prior to commencing any activities.

The Community Association may carry out spot checks to assess compliance and if a Hirer is not in compliance it may terminate the hire agreement immediately.
