Monk Fryston and Hillam SeptemberFest is back !
With more drink, food and entertainment options than ever before and to raise even more money for the local charities it supports.
You can get involved in so many ways, from simply buying a ticket to joining us for the weekend, becoming a sponsor and promoting your local business or providing a helping hand to work behind the bar or flip burgers for example. However you decide to get involved, we look forward to seeing you there !
We've now launched our ticket, sponsorship and helping out pages for this years event.
Tickets for the event are now available from our booking site with early bird pricing until Saturday 6th September.
Become a sponsor and promote your business whilst enjoying the hospitality the event has to offer.
The event takes a great amount of community effort to stage but is a great way to meet people from the village and get involved. If you have any time available over the run up to the event or over the weekend please get in touch.

Event Terms & Conditions
Purchasers of tickets must be 18 years or over. There is no charge for children up to the age of 2 but they will only be admitted if they are accompanied by a ticket holder.
Purchase of a ticket is confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the event.
Tickets will be validated when you arrive at the event and you receive your free beer glass. Hang onto the ticket and glass if you wish to leave and return or attend on both days; re-admittance will only be permitted with your ticket and glass. Losing your ticket or glass will mean you need to buy a new ticket.
No alcohol will be sold to persons under 18 years or for the consumption of persons under 18 years old. For those aged 18 to 25 we will be operating the nationally recognised Challenge 25 scheme, so people in this age group will need to produce a valid photo ID at the event entrance and receive an Age Verified wristband which they will need to wear and present to be allowed to purchase alcohol at any of the bars.
Beer makes you do daft things and gives you a hangover, all this is your responsibility to control. We reserve the right to refuse to sell alcohol or eject anyone behaving in manner we believe to be unsociable or too daft.
To keep things simple we operate a token system and no cash will be accepted at the bars and main food outlets. Cash is only accepted for non- main stream smaller items. Tickets and a price list are available from the cashier at the event. We accept payments by cash and card at the event for entrance tickets and tokens.
The event starts at 6pm on Friday 12th September, closing at 11.00pm. On Saturday 13th September the event reopens at 1.30 pm and finishes at 10 pm.
